1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their current form, together with any supplementary terms applicable to specific games, promotions, or payment methods. These Terms are in addition to, and do not replace, any applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines, including PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of their location, nationality, or device.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of plusph11 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order administered by plusph11 or any PAGCOR-affiliated platform.
• You must not have had a previous plusph11 account terminated for violation of these Terms.

plusph11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification and proof of address. Failure to provide such documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money gaming features, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to:

• Provide your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address that you own and control.
• Complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, SSS card, GSIS card, driver's licence, or passport) when requested.
• Notify plusph11 promptly of any changes to your registered information that would affect its accuracy or currency.
• Register only one account per person. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.

plusph11 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and applicable AMLC regulations. As part of ongoing compliance obligations, plusph11 may conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns and may report suspicious transactions to the AMLC as required by law.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Accepted Payment Methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Methods available may vary based on your account status and verification level.
• Deposit Processing: E-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya) are credited in real time. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay may take up to 30 minutes. Delays beyond these timeframes should be reported to customer support with proof of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method as disclosed in the cashier interface.
• Withdrawal Verification: Fully KYC-verified accounts receive priority processing. Unverified or partially verified accounts may experience delays pending completion of verification requirements.
• Currency: plusph11 does not process transactions in foreign currencies. Any foreign-currency transaction initiated by the player will be converted at the player's bank or e-wallet provider's prevailing rate, over which plusph11 has no control.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

plusph11 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (turnover requirements) that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced percentage. Contribution rates are published alongside each promotion.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.
• plusph11 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or technical exploitation. Players found to be bonus-abusing will have their accounts reviewed and may be subject to withdrawal restrictions.
• Each promotion is available to one person per household, device, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Gaming Rules & Conduct

All games available on the plusph11 Platform operate according to individual game rules published within the game interface or accessible via the Help section. General gaming rules include:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. Technical errors on the player's device that cause an unintended bet do not entitle the player to a refund.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the outcome of the round will stand as determined by the live dealer feed. Results are recorded server-side and are not dependent on the player's connection.
• Malfunction voids all pays and plays. In the event of a game malfunction resulting in an erroneous result, all affected bets will be refunded and the round will be declared void.
• plusph11 reserves the right to void bets or withhold winnings where there is reasonable suspicion of cheating, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, or collusion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of crime.
• Engaging in match-fixing, corruption, or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other individuals.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or customer support staff.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the plusph11 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, user interface design, trademarks, logos, text, and data — is the intellectual property of plusph11 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from plusph11.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

plusph11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. plusph11 complies with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), in its handling of player data. 10. Responsible Gaming

plusph11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits configurable from account settings.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts per session or rolling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration specified and will be actioned within 24 hours of request.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, plusph11, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any games thereon.
• Any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any actions taken in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by plusph11's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

plusph11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account activity raises AML concerns that cannot be resolved through standard KYC procedures.
• You are subject to a self-exclusion order or have been identified as an at-risk player under responsible gaming protocols.
• Regulatory or legal requirements compel us to do so.

Upon termination for breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Legitimate real-money balances (funds deposited and not wagered, or winnings from valid gameplay) will be returned to the player following completion of any pending investigations, subject to AML clearance.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Account closure does not release you from any outstanding obligations to plusph11.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players agree to contact plusph11 customer support and allow a reasonable period of up to 30 calendar days for the parties to attempt resolution through direct communication.
